Debe utilizarse cuando se importan artículos que contienen aleaciones de neodimio en las formas especificadas, destinados a convertirse en imanes permanentes tras su magnetización, y cumplen con las dimensiones establecidas.

Deben contener aleaciones de neodimio, estar en forma de anillos, tubos, casquillos o manguitos, con un diámetro externo y altura no superiores a 45 mm, y estar destinados a convertirse en imanes permanentes tras su magnetización, independientemente de si están recubiertos o pasivados.
