Scope of Service
TarifCodex provides AI-powered tariff classification as an assistive tool. Classifications are suggestions and do not constitute legal or customs advice. Users are responsible for verifying results with qualified customs authorities or advisors.
User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Credits and Billing
Free users receive 5 classifications. Additional usage requires purchased credits. Credits are non-refundable and expire 12 months after purchase unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of Liability
TarifCodex is provided as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy of classifications. We are not liable for any damages arising from incorrect tariff classifications, including but not limited to customs penalties, delays, or additional duties.
